The message says that we can add 1000 contries, but it will actually popup when the number reaches 32.

A known bug, it's been around since ten years back or so, looking at the bug reports.

One suggested workaround was to list it as 'worldwide' release and then list the exceptions, which might also be a long list depending on the number of exeptions.

I don't think it is appropriate. An European PlayStation 4 game will be released in nearly 40 countries (thanks to digital distribution), but not in East Asia and America.

I hope the bug can get fixed during the website refining funded by Atari.
