I received the comment from an approver before:

"Ratings directly from the rating organization websites are not accepted as they have proven to be unreliable."

I don't know what happened at other regions, but Korean rating organization GRAC has the exclusive governmental authority empowered by law of that country: one game must be rated by GRAC before being sold there. Therefore the official rating inquiring website https://www.grac.or.kr/english/Default.aspx should be reliable enough. Besides, the website is well functioning and maintained well in my opinion.
