What is this image (from this game) adapted from?
It's setting off heavy alarms from my childhood, most likely either from some old Palladium TMNT RPG sourcebook or (less likely) a panel from the Magik/Belasco storyline. Do I have either of them at hand to corroborate fromj? Naturally, no.

Got it! It's the evil Time Lord, Savanti Romero, listed in Transdimensional TMNT. (as at http://www.thegreenlanterncorps.com/tmnt/tmntdictpz.html )
But now do we list Eastman & Laird as uncredited concept artists for the game? 8)
