It is cited in some magazines and manuals, but I found no evidence

There was no specific source for the Atari ST version. This post at Atari-Forum mentions that the Amiga manual also had instructions for the Atari ST version which may explain why some sites list it.

I've not seen the game itself either; but there are some adverts, like in the UK ST Format from March 1990, it is listed for £12.99 among the other games by mail order from 'Special Reserve'. (p 18) http://www.stformat.com/stf08/stf08.pdf?LMCL=ziZ8XW

Maybe very few ppl bought the game? I note that at about the same time, the Atari STE was being released, and there were some issues with incompatible games; this game is not listed among those in this specific ST Format issue, but who knows.

A short resume of people at Core Design claims Derek Leigh-Gilchrist worked on the Amiga & Atari ST version of the game. https://www.core-design.com/article2.html (also Joby Wood at Core Design lists the Amiga version in his resumé) Both people matches the credits we have here.

The 16 bit versions (assuming the Amiga 500 & Atari ST) of the game is said to have been released in october 1989 according to this Wiki (): https://hewsonconsultants.fandom.com/wiki/Hewson_Consultants_Wiki
