I'm interested to know if the game cites any sources for the history it presents, particularly regarding Easter Island.

Over the past several years I've researched the history of Moai in Japan and Video Games, and only recently learned about the Moai that was on display at EXPOLAND '82, which is the exhibition referred to in the game.

So I'm wondering if they used any written sources? I'm imagining a book written some time between 1982 and 1997.

It's a long shot!
