In 1999 a standalone level for Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation was developed by Core and published by Eidos, distributed on The Times website. The package called "The Times - Exclusive Tomb Raider Level" included the standalone level and also a couple of TR-themed minigames: a clicker and a jigsaw puzzles. There are currently a couple of screenshots from this level in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Windows screenshots section. But since the whole package doesn't require the original game, maybe it deserves a separate entry? I'm now installing this level :)
