1) Are you sure that 0 23272 10312 5 is the correct UPC for the DOS 5.25" Disk US release? Because I actually got that for the DOS 3.5" Disk release.
2) This is the same as the US DOS 3.5" Disk release version that already here in the cover art, right?

Looks like we have it wrong, that's right. OGDB also says 10311 is 5.25". http://ogdb.eu/index.php?section=game&gameid=2914
You can submit a correction to have it fixed.
