I remember an old game I used to play as a older kid from 2009 to 2012. I remember the main character moved by tapping the touch sceeen , making a green\blue crystal pop up visualizing where you go. One striking detail was these giant tree enemies, and enemy "mages" which used a move with "typhoon" in the name. I remember large black enemies which resembled Golems from clash of clans from a volcano level. The combat system initiated when an enemy got close to you, and I believe I remember blue or orange health bars.

That sounds almost, but not quite like LostMagic. There weren't any crystals to mark your movement except on the world map, and there weren't any tree monsters (one that looks vaguely like a tree, but that's it), but otherwise that's a pretty spot-on description.
