why every time i reply to some topic, it gets marked as watched topic? i let checkbox unchecked, but still

edit: it happens also when i make a new topic

Isn't that standard behavior in most bulletin board systems?

yeah, but it adds it even if i DO NOT have selected a checkbox. there's a bug.

if i want to keep track of those topics i have posted then i can see those in "participated in" and "started" lists, watch list is meant for topics i specially mark for watched

Most bulletin board systems don't leave watched topics sitting at the top of the board's listing until you manually unwatch them, so it's not a problem.

I don't find that it's automatically adding topics to my watchlist when the checkbox isn't checked. Possibly it's a browser issue? What browser are you using? I'll try to reproduce the bug.

Firefox here. It doesn't seem to do it all the time. shrugs It didn't for this topic, for instance.

Seems to happen when you preview before you post. I have a fix that will go out soon.

i think i was using Opera or IE7. and yes, it maybe because preview
