Gui Chirinéa, our leading Brazilian contributor/approver, reached the epic 20 000 contribution points this week. It is usually Chirinea himself who posts this kind of milestone news items, but he is too humble to promote himself.
I will primarily remember Chirinea for contributing many missing Master System and Philips G7000 games, primarily those released exclusively in Brazil.
Thank you Iggy, for being part of those 20,000 points, and many, many thanks to you guys, not only for the compliments but also for the help and inspiration. I still think 20,000 points isn't enough, not because I want only the points, but because I think we still can improve our database. Iggy mentioned Odyssey² games (yes Black Wolf, we support the G7000 under its US name), and I still have lots and lots of games to contribute on that. I hope I can go back to them soon, as I manage to organize my free time. Again, thank you all.
Ah dude, it seems I'm getting old and I can't keep up with your pace anymore! I mean, look at Macs Black, I don't think I can hold him for much longer now, and instead of the usual 500 points of difference, you're now +4,000 ahead of me! I wish I had all the free time I had last year, than I could compete with you guys!
I indulged in a little spree my last week in town since touring on the road I can't get much done submissions-wise and thus will be racking up roughly bupkiss for the next two months. That's a lot of time to catch up 8)
as for Macs, if he doesn't burn out, he will bury us all within two years. We can rename the site MacsBlackGames(tm) and it will actually make more sense than appealing to a piece of so-called hacker jargon that Trixter obviously just made up 8)
