Question about adding ad-blurbs.

I was wondering how ad-blurbs from magazines would be entered specifically:

I have come across a few that has multiple platforms of the same game (some like Mortal Kombat, Sparkster, like that) and I was wondering could this be added and if so if that same ad blurb can be added for each platform listed.
When listing the magazine that they are in, do I have to add each magazine I come across that ad in or just the initial one I found.
Well, I probably have an idea that these won't be accepted, but I have come across some, mostly from Nintendo, where they have an ad-blurb for about three games. I have a feeling that these can't be added either, but I wanted to make sure.

When it comes to ad-blurbs from magazines, I've just used something like "Print ad - UK magazine - 19xx" as the description. Never had a problem having them approved.

also if you go with a multi-platform ad, you can attach e.g. "- PS2/Windows/Xbox"
