I have submitted a 3DS game that has been patched since release. Currently I cannot enter information about that patch since we don't seem to take patch info for that platform. Could we please make it possible?

If you're not sure about the exact initial release date, just use a year. That should suffice until someone comes along with a precise date.

No, I already know the release date and the patch date, but I can't add the patch date because we don't take that info for 3DS yet.
