I've just got a recent IndieBox containing a boxed version of Steamworld Dig. The box itself is just a regular box, however the box was put inside a sack made out of rough fabric with game related logos printed on it.

So how should this be handled in the cover art section? Should I just submit two "main" front and back cover art images, once from the sack itself, once from the box? Or is one of those just an "Other" cover art?

(I won't make it to scan the box before somewhen in January, so if anybody else want's to submit it please feel free to do so :-P)
