Lucifer's Realm was originally released as text-only for TRS-80, Atari (and maybe Apple II) in 1982 by Med Systems.

It was later released in 1984 for the C64, Apple II, and Atari, as a graphical version by American Eagle.

Should these be the same entry, or should they be split?

I don't think these type of games; e.g. text adventures with/without graphical illustrations need to be split; the gameplay is the same and the images are pretty much optional. Maybe others have a different view?
