Is there actually a game out there called Nascar Racing 2005? Or do you just get a mod for Nascar Racing 2003 that makes it the 2005?

The NASCAR Racing franchise was developed by Papyrus Software, which was later taken over by Sierra, who let the franchise die. Since NR2003, no new NASCAR Racing titles have been produced.

LOL! This reminds me of...

"What did I do when I was a baby? Well, I sucked my mom's breast, just like every other man! (pause) Uh... I mean... just like every other man sucked his own mom's breast!" --- Black Whirlwind, Jade Empire.

Good lord, Unicorn - how did nose-picking remind you of that?

Because Pseudo Intellectual said "are you going to pick his nose", it's exactly the same kind of joke that was used in the game I quoted.

:-) I actually did understand the mistaken-meaning association...but it was a pretty funny connection to make, all the same!

  • It's very late for me, and things tend to seem funnier when you're tired... but it's only a little after noon for you, you're literally on the other side of the world. And it must be pretty early morning for Winterwolf. -

Sorry, not calling him a liar at all, merely making a distinction. The game he linked to was a 'NASCAR' title, not a 'NASCAR Racing' title. While there have been various and sundry games released with the name of 'NASCAR', the actual 'NASCAR Racing' line (by Papyrus) died out a while back.
