I wonder if this game should be merged with 1st Person Pinball. The screenshots sure look identical.

The credits list another author though.

They are definitely related; Tynesoft is said to have folded in 1990, so the title may have been transferred to another publisher - not sure if the MicroValue seen on the box is just the old Tynesoft label reused, or a new entity (Flair Software descendant, as described on Wikipedia).

I found a couple of box/media scans for the PC & Amiga versions of '1:st Person Pinball', while the title '3D Pinball' may have been used for the later (1992) re-release on PC only. There are some different title/credit screens in the latter, seen in the screenshots.
