Candy Cruncher
Description
Candy Cruncher is a single player, shareware, sliding block puzzle game.
The player is faced with a game area filled with colourful pictures of sweets arranged in a 6 x 6 grid with one empty slot. The player has to arrange the sweets to form rows or columns of identical symbols, when this is done they disappear and the player scores points.
Each level has a target number of rows/columns to be created before the game times out, if the player achieves that target then they progress to the next level which has a higher target. In addition to the sweets the player can match up the game introduces more and more black jelly bean pictures as the player progresses, these sweets cannot be moved or matched.
The game has sound and a high score table, it can be played in a window or full screen. The first level is a step-through tutorial.
