Description
Chaos is a chess program written in FORTRAN. The name is an acronym for "Chess Heuristics And Other Stuff". The program participated in 12 North American Computer Chess Championships and four world chess championships. Development started in the late 60s at RCA and later continued at the University of Michigan. It was continuously developed until the mid 80s.
