Description
Worms is a free-to-play adaptation of the Worms franchise as a browser game for the Facebook platform with same premise as the other Worms titles. The player takes control of group of worms and fights another team using the turn-based gameplay till one team is entirely eliminated. Before the match weapons or hats can be purchased to customize the team.
Instead of complete procedural generation as in earlier 2D Worms titles, maps are here split in parts and each part is chosen from a number of available pieces to provide randomization for the environment.
The game was shut down on 31st October 2013.
