The conversions of Hydro Thunder, Off Road Thunder, and San Francisco Rush were handled by China-based developer Gamestar. San Francisco Rush 2049 and Hydro Thunder are based on the Dreamcast versions, rather than the arcade originals. The other games in this collection are run in emulators written by Digital Eclipse.
