Description
Entertainer Michael Jackson is in the news for awful and bizarre allegations after having apparently thrown in his lot with the wrong crowd; you control a fan determined to get to the Neverland Ranch to set the story straight -- in the process uncovering an outlandish, out-of-this-world secret so strange... you'd swear the developers had been drunk when they wrote it. (In the documentation, they fess up to it.)
Some people feel so strongly about disparate passions that they can't help but attempt to synthesize them into a new whole. So it was with the authors of this game, torn between their love for the music of '80s King of Pop Michael Jackson and early SCUMM adventure games Maniac Mansion and Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders. And so we get an all-new SCUMM-style adventure (scripted in SCUMJTM), using the classic click-on-verb, click-on-object interface.
