Some physics features have been added. These hanging crates from "Unforeseen Consequences" now sway back and forth as you jump between them.

More water effects: A headcrab leaps out of the water with a splash.

The explosions look quite a bit better in this version.

Blood splatters now look similar to those from Half-Life 2.

Enemies now become ragdolls after dying. This dead soldier can be even shoved into the pit with a little push.
