The game starts with the logo flying in from the left.
Following that it merges with a book.
Instructions are mostly Japanese with some English.

The puzzle is very easy, and not very creative
Basically, the whole thing is nothing more then trying to screw the 2nd player. When you get enough combos, Sonic will run across the screen and punch the other Sonic.
When Sonic gets attacked however, he'll become dizzy, and the player loses control of the puzzle pieces.
When the player wins, the game will fly to the upper right corner of the screen.
Then Sonic will run off the right side of the screen with his invincibility stars.
