Only 164 entries are programmed into the game. All previous Pokémon from Bulbasaur to Arceus are absent, as well as Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect. The reason that there are still more entries than there are Unova Pokémon is that different Forms have their own entries, such as male and female Unfezant, and red and blue Basculin.
