Description official description

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F is a rhythm game starring Hatsune Miku alongside fellow Vocaloids Megurine Luka, Kaito, Meiko, and the Kagamine twins. Press the buttons to the beat of 38 songs created by various music producers through the use of Vocaloid software, and use the points you earn by clearing songs to purchase costumes for music videos or various items and furniture for each Vocaloid's DIVA Room. New to this installment are the Star notes, which can only be played by rubbing the Vita's touchscreen or flicking the analogue stick of the PlayStation 3's controller. Additionally, new mechanics such as "Chance Time" and Technical Zones are added into songs to offer more strategy in scoring high, and AR Mode (Live Concert Mode on PlayStation 3) gives players the chance to see Miku perform her live routine in augmented reality. Edit Mode has also been expanded upon, allowing players to upload their own music to the game and create music videos with more options than ever before.

Finally, the first Hatsune Miku game to arrive in North America.

The Good
Now that we've dug deep into Miku's heart, the Rhythm game is really compelling. Now if your TV lags the picture and sound, there is a neat option to adjust that as well. The Diva Room is really fun because when I first got it, Miku seems a little upset in the first place, but as time goes on she sleeps and does some work on her laptop. The studio is another thing that I liked, Miku did some dancing and singing in a live background. The nice things is, you can take pictures of her if you wanted to with your own photos, but that's another story.

The Bad
As with other North American and European releases of Japanese Anime licensees, the English subtitles would really help the game. It looks like SEGA forgot to put it in. Oh well!

The Bottom Line
If you are a die-hard Vocaloid fan coming from North America or Europe, then I definitely recommend it! The main problem to me was that I kept failing at the Rhythm game not hitting the notes right, but If you keep getting better and better, then you might get bonus stuff along the way as the game progresses.
