Pokémon Art Academy
Description official descriptions
Pokémon Art Academy is an educational game that aims to teach the player how to draw, using Pokémon as subjects. An NPC named Professor Andy guides the player through 40 art lessons of varying complexity, each using a different Pokémon as the subject. Several different art tools exist, including markers, pastels, and spray paint. Though lessons lock the player to the specific tools the game is currently teaching, a mode called Free Paint allows the player to use any tool in the repertoire to draw any Pokémon they wish. This mode allows the optional use of reference images, which may be unlocked through completing lessons or downloaded during a limited time period.

i loooved this game, i used to play it nonstop and then go to school bragging about how i knew about shading already (probably why i got bullied) it has lessons for beginners up to experts and even unused copies are probably cheaper than buying actual art lessons. not to mention the program is unironically better than using krita (not a high bar but still)
i messed up my screen playing this so much and naturally image quality isn't the best
The Bottom Line
a must have and a certified hood classic
