Description
"'Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house, the only creature stirring was a hippo the size of a mouse." And a Hippo New Year is an interactive fiction game created for Yuletide 2012, an annual fanfiction exchange. It is based in the world of the House Hippo, a PSA by the Concerned Children's Advertisers. It is a parser-based text adventure. You play a mouse-sized hippo who wants to wait up on Christmas Eve in order to see Santa Claus. But unfortunately this is easier said than done.
