If you play your cards right you’ll collect over 100 monster girls and get to level those ladies up with the First Crush ❤ Rub mode, which gives you a hands-on role in warming them up for battle!

Regional differences
The international version of the Vita version of the game had around 40 out of the 350 monster girl cards changed to tone down their sexually charged imagery. Idea Factory explanation for this decision can be read here. The later Steam release is uncensored.
