Nikolai in Outer Space

Nikolai in Outer Space is a space action game for children ages six and up, part of the Nikolai’s Adventure series.

Nikolai and his cat Neow-Neow are at a laboratory creating a secret formula, when suddenly the lights go out, and the evil red-eyed Neow-Neow clones steal the secret formula out of Earth and into Space. Nikolai and Neow-Neow enter the rocket to find the formula, and the player begins the game by shooting asteroids and comets with the lasers. Three difficulty level settings are available to select before the game starts. Different power-ups and obstacles are available, such as the energy power-ups, (but if the space arm is used, more points will be added.) and the convoy spaceships, which the player cannot shoot as they are friendly. The player has to check the Shield indicators from time to time, and when all of the indicators turn red, the game is over.
