BattleStorm

BattleStorm is a 2D vertically scrolling shoot'em up with twin stick shooter mechanics. The player's ship flies straightforward and needs to shoot enemies. The gameplay is similar to a title like Xevious allowing for the bombardment of ground targets, but here the ship can shoot in every direction. There are fifteen types of weapons (a strong laser for example) to eliminate opponents. There is no real story. The game has 25 levels in five different worlds. Each level has a boss to destroy. Already completed levels can be revisited to improve the score.
