Big Red Racing
Description official descriptions
A diverse arcade racing game with 16 different vehicles (not just cars, but also boats, trucks, spacecraft, and helicopters) to race. There are 24 circuits across 7 distinct terrains such as dirt, inner city and a futuristic sci-fi setting. Multiplayer games can be split-screen, modem or network based. In addition to a yoof-style soundtrack, audio commentary is on offer. The appearance of your vehicle can be customised, and the action viewed from multiple camera angles.

Great for playing multiplayer online. A favorite back in the Mplayer.com days ;o)
The Good
I was impressed at how well the game was written, and in 1995, the graphics in this game were outstanding....if I could find someone to play against Id love to race again.....the game is cartoonish in a way, and has very humorous comentary.
Its not an easy game to play either.....so when you when a race you feel like you accomplished something......they dont make um like they used to that's for sure ;o)
The Bad
That playing the game died when Mplayer.com did.
The Bottom Line
The game is cartoonish in a way, and has very humorous comentary. Single racing against the computer or multiplayer. You race in different countries and weather conditions..you race many different types of terrain, in rivers and helicopters. The game is easy to learn, but Its not an easy game to play.....so when you when a race you feel like you accomplished something......they dont make um like they used to that's for sure ;o)

Truly bizarre and not so great.
The Good
Well, it's fast and fun to play at first... and the demo recording is awesome.
The Bad
The engine is utterly crap and the voices are purely annoying. There's nothing really special about this one, and the network play is simply horrible.
The Bottom Line
Nothing really special; playable, but nothing more.
