Amiga Power (Aug, 1994)
It's Cannon Fodder, and so it's brill. For your money you do get a flashy intro sequence starring the Sensible crew and the option to play it using the CD32 controller, although to get into the full flow of the game, you really do need to get yourself a mouse.
Amiga Format (Oct, 1994)
There are no differences between the floppy-based version and the CD version which means that there are 72 missions to be traversed, pacified and fought through. All in all Cannon Fodder is probably the best game yet to appear on CD32. Buy it today - you won't regret it.
The One Amiga (Nov, 1994)
Anyway, aside from the fact that we can't comment on the new fab intro, the game is identical to the floppy version. Which means you've got tons of levels filled with all kinds of war scenes: jungle, desert, Arctic; lots of soldiers to kill in the most disgusting and outrageous manner; lots of grenades, rockets and machine guns to loose off; lots of everything, really.
CU Amiga (Nov, 1994)
The CD32 version's been slow in coming, and although it doesn't offer any real improvements over the floppy game, it continues to hold its tin hat-topped head high above the competition. Buy it and find out just how much fun war is.
Amiga Joker (Oct, 1994)
Wir trauen es uns kaum zu sage, doch für uns bleibt diese rundum mörderische Stratego-Action ein Hit, CD-Söldner, die derselben Ansicht sind, sollten daher schnell handeln – möglichst schneller als die BPS.
