Puzzle design competition
One of the riddles in the game was designed by a fan during a contest held by the German games magazine GameStar, Daedalic Entertainment and XIDER.
The rules of the contest were simple: Assil was stranded on a deserted island and the participants had to design a creative but logic riddle that helped Assil get off the island. To do so they were free to add any items they wanted as long as they fit into the game world and didn't make the riddle overly complicated.
