The Mobygames main title is specified as the first title used in the USA, and if the game is not released in the USA, the first English title.
This Mega Twins screen features a Capcom U.S.A. trademark, which leads me to believe that the game was released in the arcades in the USA under that name. Was there any American release at all under the Chiki Chiki Boys name?

The Genesis version was released as Chiki Chiki Boys.
And while the arcade title mentions Capcom U.S.A., MAME only has record of two releases, one for Japan, one for rest of the world (specifically excluding the US on the copyright screen). The title shot is from the latter, so no US arcade release is confirmed.
