As many of us remember, R3 on NES is a completely different game with an awesome title music (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z754_a_aAHA), different levels etc. It was developed by Probe, while other versions - by Ocean. It just doesn't belong here and deserves a separate entry. Anyone agrees?

Absolutely. The description seems to be more about the NES version than the others, though - so actually those should be split off. And with them, it's also very much possible that the 16-bit and 8-bit versions have different designs and levels, not uncommon back then. Youtube has walkthroughs for Genesis, SNES and Master System, so it shouldn't be too hard to determine that.
