Description
In Atari's second video game you control a rocket starting at the bottom of the screen. Your goal is to beat the other player to the top of the screen. The catch: asteroids are constantly flying across the screen, which must be avoided. Unlike real life, the rockets can go in reverse in order to avoid the asteroids. Whoever completes the most laps before the white meter in the middle runs out wins.

Early Atari is still fun - play with a friend!
The Good
I picked up the ROM in color, and it's a 2-player Frogger race with spaceships. What's not to like? The random speed changes of the ships add a nice element and the kickback function makes for some great laughs.
The Bad
It took a bit of working to get the game up and running, but that's more user error than game issues.
The Bottom Line
Space-Frogger with bonus challenges.
