Save the Whales

When 20th Century Fox was going to release this game on cartridge, the proceeds were to go to Green Peace. As the game was not released on cartridge in the early 1980s, no funds were raised.

This game was to have been one of three games to raise money for environmental groups. The other two games, which were never programmed, were to have been Dutch Elm Defender and Attack of the Baby Seals.

This game was eventually released, as a download only game, through Control Video Corporation's CVC GameLine. The game file was discovered in 2002, after being presumed lost forever, and a cartridge, box and manual were created in the style used by 20th Century Fox and the game was sold at the 2002 Classic Gaming Expo.
