Inspektor is a detective adventure game. The player assumes the role of a special CIA agent, named Robert Brass. His task is to track down in Poland and eliminate a dangerous terrorist Ennio Baro. The adventure begins at the airport in Poznan, where someone stole his luggage, money, documents and gun. It's midnight, eleventh October 1993, the mission must be finished before noon on the fourteenth October, within 84 hours. The player may use a free taxi to travel between cities. The journeys between cities are by train or by helicopter after illegally forging a government agent ID card. In order to get the necessary funds the player may trade in the marketplace or gamble (three-card monte, slot machine, casino). The money can be spent on informants, hotels, food, travel, useful items or the photographer. All facilities in the game are open at a certain time. The result of the mission depends on a balanced activity distribution, acquisition and proper use of money and collection of information.
