Trivia
Museum
As the earliest known commercial game to be written in New Zealand, Laser Hawk has been exhibited at the Otago Early Settlers Museum. Unfortunately, they used an imperfect emulator running on a 386 PC to demonstrate it, resulting in some graphical glitches.
References
There's no mistaking which company's hardware this game was made for. Not only are your enemies called 'Proc Irata' ('Atari Corp.' backwards), the design of the roof of your base looks like Atari's logo. Perhaps the game's events started as a civil war.
