Up to now the ST has been lacking games of this addictive quality - but Addictaball will alter all that! Hopefully the other versions will be just as nifty. We'll let you know as soon as we can - meanwhile ST owners should make this a big hit.

If you like Arkanoid you'll love Addictaball and Impact - they don't need strategy, planning or complicated game play, just pure, unadulterated, mindless violence.

In fact I'd go as far to say that it's better than some of the full price product knocking around, and at six quid, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't go out and buy this very second. Apart from finishing reading ZERO, that is. [Budget re-release]
Addictaball may not be the most original thing since Space Invaders, but it has enough flavour to make it worth considering even if you've already got Arkanoid or Impact. It's every bit as addictive as those two, and has an excellent balance between frustration and compulsion.
There are lots of nice elements like jet-thrusters on the bat, an erodable back wall and teleports, that make it different from any of the other games in the field. However, it's more frustrating because if you die there are restart points you have to go back. [New rating 1988/10] It's suffered from the masses of other clones.
