Hi there, I just stumbled across the trivia section stating that the PC CD audio release was not published. Well I do own a copy which I bought in the 90s at a big retail store. The game came with two 5.25" disks and one 3.5" disk plus the CDROM. Unfortunately I've lost the manual, but the box is still there and in great shape. I also took some pictures, but I have no idea if it is again the forum rules to post image links here.

So yes, it was at least published in Germany.
