The Good
The only thing which is kind of cool is, that you can race through German cities like Frankfurt, Hamburg or Berlin. Nice idea. Also, the handling is very beginner friendly, which is nice for casual gamers.

The Bad
However, when you increase the difficulty, the game gets incredibly frustrating because of those things: Broken and horrible AI who have rubber banding and crash into you every single time, the police which simply catches you in impossible situations and ONLY you and quite possibly the WORST traffic in the PS1 racing game era. They are just there to block you from winning. Also, the progression of the game is really odd. Like, after each race, you can buy a new car and tune it a bit, which makes the game even easier. Also, the car list is very weak with 7!!!! unlicensed cars.

The Bottom Line
I describe it in three words: Worst Game Ever!
