Description
Bernd das Brot und die Unmöglichen is a point & click adventure based on the German character Bernd das Brot, a cranky tin loaf. He is the star of multiple television shows on the children's channel KIKA. After a bronze yak statue was stolen from the park, the self-appointed superheroes Briegel (a bush) and Chili (a sheep) are on the case - and drag their unwilling friend Bernd along.
When hovering over a hot-spot, the player uses the left mouse button for a primary action (usually using it or talking with a person) and the right button for examining it. All interactive items on the screen can be highlighted. The puzzles almost exclusively rely on exploring the screens, collecting items and using those with other items. They are also mostly linear, meaning it is not possible to solve sub-puzzles or collecting some items before other actions without primary connection where completed. Dialogues are executed with multiple choice.
