A promotional tie-in for the 2010 remake of the film A Nightmare on Elm Street, this interactive movie presents players with a teenaged girl in her bedroom, tired and at risk of becoming prey for legendary slash-flick mass child murderer Freddy Krueger -- whose vengeful spirit murders his victims in their sleep. Hence, the player's goal: to keep her awake. This will be difficult to achieve, but players get scored on how long they are able to get her to stave off the lethal ropes of sleep under their direction.

This direction takes the form of following player guidance to various alternatives to sleep: exercise, showering, the ingestion of stimulants, the distraction of electronic media, and, controversially, the infliction of pain.

The game was retracted sometime in the afternoon of March 16th, 2010, its website then redirecting to the movie's main promotional website. Rumours online indicate the shocking sleep-evading tactic offered of self-mutilation (on the no-age-verification website) as a likely culprit in the end of the game's promotional tie-in campaign.
