Squidbillies: Floor It! was made to promote the show Squidbillies. In this game, the player takes control of young Rusty Cuyler as he gets behind the wheel of his first car. Unfortunately for him, it will be the last time.

Deceiving at a first glance, Floor It! is not a distance record game, instead the player is awarded points for as many items they can smash when Rusty is thrown from the car. Each time the player starts a game, the level will be reset with a different layout full of the show's characters (which provides points and a powerful boost), various objects such as trash can fires, mobile homes, cars and mailboxes (which also gives the player a boost, though only minor) and obstacles that slow or stop them such as buildings and telephone poles.

The gameplay consists of using the mouse at the beginning of the game to shake the mouse left to right to fill up a power meter at the top of the screen. The more the player moves the mouse, the higher the bar will climb and once the bar reaches the desired location, the player clicks the left mouse button to hit the gas and propel Rusty and his car forwards.

Additionally, when Rusty is airborne higher and for a long distance a boost meter at the top right of the screen will fill. When the meter fills, the player will be prompted with a flashing red circle around Rusty, using the mouse to aim him and clicking the left mouse button to move Rusty in that desired location to aim for more points or avoid certain obstacles.
