Texas Hold'em Poker is an online adaptation of the community card poker variation with the same name. It's possible to play against five other people or versus AI-controlled opponents. The main goal is to have the highest ranking hand at the end, when the last community card is placed on the table. The game starts when two cards are dealt to each player, and after assessing them everyone must either place bets, match the current one or fold. Next, the first three community cards are brought on to the table. Players can create hands using both their two starting cards and the community cards. After a new round of betting, the last two community cards are brought into play one by one, each with its own betting round. At the end of it all, those who haven't folded reveal their hands and the best combination wins all the tokens in play. The game automatically takes into account the best five card combination that can be created between the two face-down cards and the community cards.

There are a lot of possible hands, including Straight Flush (five cards in sequence from the same suit), Four of a Kind, Full House (a three of a kind and a pair), Straight (five cards in sequence from any suits), and so on. If there are no valid combinations, the highest card in the hand is considered.

The game has a Limit and a No Limit mode. In the Limit mode, players can re-stake by transferring tokens from their main Pogo account to the stake and they can stand from a table without losing the tokens left in the stake. In the No Limit mode it's impossible to re-stake and all the remaining tokens are lost when leaving the table.
