Tilt (Sep, 1985)
Les graphismes comme le bruitage brillent par leur originalité. Seul point noir, et de taille : la notice.
Your 64 (Jun, 1985)
Once you've sorted out what levels and so on you want to play, you get the attractive, brainless 'shoot-'em-up' I was expecting from the beginning. OK though.
Computer and Video Games (CVG) (Jun, 1985)
Mama Llama is a game for dedicated Minterites. Lesser mortals might find it mite too complex for them.
Zzap! (May, 1985)
Even after several games there didn't seem too much addictiveness. If you like it then there's almost endless challenges. Plenty there, but we suspect even Minter fans may not take to it.
Commodore User (May, 1985)
The turgid bumph which comes with the game urges you to preserve your spatial awareness and apologises for the lack of a Genesis soundtrack. Well I didn't need one to cure my insomnia - I just put on the game, then I demonstrated my idea of spatial awareness on the cassette. I lobbed it in the bin. Lllamasoft fans will love it!
