Commodore 64 owners will, as usual, rave in frustration at the lack of a RAMSAVE facility - the 1541 being most unsuited to Infocom games - and the rest of us may feel that this game is slightly on the easy side, but what lacks in these departments it more than makes up for its originality. Certainly, with adventuring taking new directions like this, we all have a lot to look forward to.
One thing that pleases me is that with the virtual plethora of Infocom products that are coming out at a rate of knots this year, the standard is still tip top which proves that in the hands of professionals a lot of product does not mean a diluted product.

Plundered Hearts is a wonderful adventure, bursting at the seams with atmosphere, interesting puzzles and tense situations.
Plundered Hearts, written by new Infocom Storyteller, Amy Briggs, is too romantic for my tastes but should suit beginners.
