A fairly good trading game which does not live up to its potential.

What is the point of spending days crossing a boring ocean if what is on the other side is exactly the same as what you left behind? For my money there is still only one swashbuckling sim and that is Microprose's Pirates. All the others, including Tai Pan, are leagues behind.
