When the game loads for the first time the player sets up an identity for themselves.

This is displayed when the unregistered version of the game starts. Apart from the marketing options it allows the player to start a new game or resume an existing game. (v7.5)
When the game starts up the player is prompted to start a new game or continue the previous game. If they elect to start a new game this screen pops up offering a choice game types (v7.5)
The game rules customisation screen, there's also a similar screen for the game's scoring options. These are accessed from the New Game menu and appear before the main game screen. (v7.5)
